Job Description

·        Enhance sales performance through clear and measurable objectives and results

·        Accelerate revenue growth by identifying opportunities and increasing sales efficiency

·        Support Sales Leadership to improve their analytical and operational needs which will allow them to win more business more efficiently.

·        Define KPIs and CRM optimization

·        Improve and implement cross-team processes to ensure accurate reporting of data

·        Set and oversee individual and team sales goals

·        Meet regularly with direct report(s) to strategize and solve any issues in the CRM including reviewing their work

·        Support Sales, Finance, and the rest of the organization with Reporting, including driving weekly forecasts covering Pipeline, Bookings, etc.

·        Perform pipeline reviews and establish best practices and methodologies for forecast accuracy

·        Manage sales territories, account assignments, sales playbook, and CRM

·        Design and implement sales recognition and performance incentive programs

·        Prepare commission statements for the Sales Organization and liaise with the Finance Team

·        Anticipate and dissolve issues or speed bumps within sales operations processes to ensure a smooth customer experience from beginning to end

·        Identify areas for improvement in strategies and efficiencies for processes, tools, and systems to promote optimal productivity and consistency in meeting and exceeding sales goals

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

·        4+ years of Sales operations experience and/or B2B SaaS

·        Self-starter and is self-motivated

·        An affinity for Sales

·        Can work well with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders towards a common goal

·        Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get things done

·        Experience with developing sales compensation plans and sales commissions statements

·        Strong reporting and forecasting abilities

·        Problem solving and a quick learner

·        Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and ever-evolving industry

·        Excellent analytical skills with experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity, and outcomes.

·        Attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data

·        Office 365 high proficiency, especially in Excel

·        Experience with CRM workflows and automation (HubSpot or SalesForce)
