We are hiring for Sr./Jr. Accountant Executive for Gurgaon location who can join immediate.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting Tally software.
• GST Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to the latest GST regulations and guidelines.
• TDS Filings: Manage and file TDS returns as per the prescribed deadlines and regulations.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring that all invoices and payments are recorded accurately.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for.
• Day-to-Day Banking: Handle daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and online transactions, to ensure that funds are managed efficiently.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Compliance: Stay updated with changes in financial and tax regulations in India and ensure that the company remains in compliance with all relevant laws.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and secure financial records, both in physical and electronic formats.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate can apply
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations, including GST and TDS.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues in different departments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
