Job Description

Manage recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet the company’s current and future needs 

• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes) 
• Responsible for Manpower planning and Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs  
• Responsible for sourcing to hiring of candidates 
• Identify appropriate strategy for sourcing candidates / workers 
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates, consultants and HODs 
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) 
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) 
• Research and choose job advertising options 
• Create a bench of valid resumes 
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates 
• On boarding documentation/ joining formalities to be done 
• Reference Check to be done of the candidates to be offered 
• Ensure recruitment TAT is maintained with minimum drop-outs 
• Bench mark salaries for right hiring
