BDM (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER) Male Candidates Only • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and • Competition status. • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. • Develop robust knowledge of all products/ services and introduce competitive pricing • Strategies from time to time. • Aim and focus on increasing Closures Volume and revenue goals by doing tie ups with • Corporate, generating leads by visiting Doctors, Diagnostic centers, Polyclinics etc. • Define goals by spreading awareness, engagement, conversion and loyalty. • Produce various literature, signage and other materials to be used at field marketing events • Maintain relationships with third-party partners and negotiate on cut offs. • Analyze and regular monitoring of Competitors, kind of customers, Digital trends, Industry • Trends, current positioning. • Build relationship and maintain goodwill with Doctors/Corporates/TPA etc. • Promote business expansion opportunities to Doctors, Hospitals/corporates through • Successful field marketing programs. • Act as the point of contact for the portfolio of vendors and suppliers in answering high • Severity requests or issue escalations when necessary. • Regular and strong follow ups through with clients and ensure satisfaction with maximum • Retention of clients. • Minimum 4-5 years in Healthcare Marketing only. • Interview Round: - 1st & 2nd both Virtual rounds. • Qualification - PG/Diploma/Graduation • Preference from Healthcare Industry. • Male Shift timings- 11am to 7pm & 12pm to 8pm. • 6 Days in a week and 1 Rotational Off. • Notice period max 30 Days. • Salary :- Between 30-45k • Age: - Up to 35 years. • Hydrabad Address :-Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.
