1.Make outbound calls (Cold Calls) to generate leads of customers interested in Buying/Selling of Private/Commercial Properties.
2.Average outbound calls per day should be between 80-100 with a minimum of 60% contact ratio and average talk time of 2-3 Mins.
3.Minimum 2-3 interested customer leads to be generated per day.
4.Timely follow ups on the Leads Generated to ensure lead to booking ratio is a minimum of 3%-5%
