We are looking for a high-performing Sales person for North Region: Punjab location, West : Mumbai/Ahmedabad, East: Kolkata to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
He will be responsible for maximizing the team potential, making sales plans
Experience : 3-10 Years.
Location : Each location has 1 opening & for training have to visit Gurgaon office for 1 week at the time of Joining. Post training have to resume work from respective location you're being hired for.
Roles and Responsibilities
Individual contributor for generating revenue for company through software sales.
Developing, and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.
Generate leads independently through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
Generating business requirements from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability.
Carry out marketing activities for software products to have better penetration in the market.
Maintain and manage excellent relationship with existing accounts and do cross selling and upselling of products.
Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Give business presentations to senior management team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have extensive knowledge of: selling ERP, SAP, SAAS, CRM Software products in India to Large Enterprises, SME's,
MSME's and academic institutes, colleges and universities. Good Network & Negotiation Skills. Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
Knowledge on his own vertical & Domain Target Oriented etc
Btech/MBA with minimum 2 years of exp in Software sales to Enterprise, B2B Sales.
Excellent in written and Verbal communication skills.
Overall, all Academics % not less than 60 %
