The Creative Designer role will entail the entire process of defining and executing on creative requirements from digital creatives (banner, social media) to UI design to print and packaging. As the right candidate, your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have strong creative flair, a great sense of aesthetics and the ability to translate business requirements into design. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of all collaterals and be the creative brand guardian. The goal is to inspire and attract the right target audience, keeping the brand personality and tone in mind. Your day to day responsibilities will include - ● Conceptualizing & executing design ideas in line with brand guidelines. ● E-commerce Brand Management / Product Label Design / Marketing Material Design / Website & Social Media Collaterals/ Performance Creatives ● Conceptualizing and designing out of the box ideas in alignment with the brand & business requirements ● Maintaining the highest standards in graphic design and producing cutting edge creative content, for both print and digital, that accurately represents the expectations of the business As a candidate you should be - - Fluent with Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro - Have 1-3 years of relevant experience - CPG experience will be great but not necessary - Should have worked on social media, website and performance creatives - Experience in Image editing and modification is a must - Experience in Photoshoot and video shoots/editing is a bonus
