● Meticulously defines the opportunity potential and prioritizes engagements based on an
informed customer research and market analysis
● Garners and nurtures lead right from the target stage to the prospect to build a strong
opportunity pipeline
● Actively engages the existing and prospective customers through display of strong interpersonal
skills
● Keeps his/her ears to the ground to keep up with the latest market trends, customer needs,
technical services, market conditions, competitor activities, marketing strategies, advertising and
promotional trends
● Stays updated on the organizational offerings and communicates their value effectively through
product platform demonstrations
● Clearly understands customer processes, their pain points and their expectations
● Prepares clear and effective proposals with a strong value proposition in co-ordination with
pre-sales, marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
● Summarizes customer sentiment and organizational performance in the form of MIS Reports and
Dashboards for management reference
