Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of MIS executives to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase productivity of the team. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction and training to the team. Team Leader Responsibilities:- ● Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. ● Managing multiple reports through data studio / google sheets / google cloud. ● Delegating tasks to team members. ● Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. ● Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. ● Conducting quarterly performance reviews. ● Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. ● Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. ● Resolving issues with the Data (Address, Invalid Location, etc.) ● Able to do Data mining and Data cleaning on a shared data set. ● Create SQL queries with Regular Expression for data extraction on specific patterns. ● Managing Data cleaning based on the instructions provided. ● Managing the report module based on the client requirements. ● Creating XML from excel file. ● Team Leader Requirements:- ● Computer Graduate. ● Minimum of 2 years experience. ● Working Experience of Google Workplace. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Working Experience of SQL (At least 1yr). ● Knowledge of Different aspects of Google Maps. ● Working Experience of Google AppScript (At least 1yr). ● Working Experience of Excel, XML.
