Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Identify and generate leads through research and prospecting activities for Retailers. 

2. Build and maintain relationships with Retailers/Customers, providing them with product and service information, and addressing their inquiries and concerns. 

3. Work closely with the operations team to develop and tailor proposals that meet the specific needs of clients (OTTplay). 

4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all contractual terms and conditions are met. 5. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. 

6. Build a thorough understanding of OTTplay's products and services, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments. 

7. Represent OTTplay at trade shows and events, and participate in marketing and promotional activities. 

8. Provide feedback to the product team on customer requirements and market trends. 

9. Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance. 

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Any Field.

 2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives (If candidate isExperienced). 

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Retailers/Customers.

 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

6. Knowledge of the OTT industry and the digital media landscape is preferred.

Essential Competencies: 

1. Candidates should have experience in team handling 

2. Candidates should have a team of 10-15 FSEs

 3. Candidates with Promoter and telecom experience will be highly preferred. 

4. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team at an assigned location. 

5. Good communication skills (English and Local Language)
