Job Description
Education Counsellor (Naik Wadi, Naupada Thane
Role & Responsibilities:
• Fresh Tele-Calling / Counseling students and providing information over the phone or by appointment at office, regarding the suitable programs.
• Making calls, lead generation, follow-ups, converting into admission.
• Follow up calls with leads and converting into admissions.
• Explain to students that which area belongs and suggest a suitable course to them.
• Responsible for inbound & outbound calls for any educational inquiries of potential admissions.(Data base provided for calling activities and potential leads)
• Daily report to senior for your tasks ongoing and other future updates.
Other Informations:
1. Good communication skill.
2. Smart to handle calls.
3. Target oriented, and ability to convince.
4. Salary Range :- 12k to 30k
5. Week off :- Thursday
6. Shift Timing: 10am-7pm
7. Experience: 1-3 year with supporting documents
8. Age Limit :- 20-37 Years.
