We are looking forward to hiring BDL for our Gpay process at PAN India.

Essential Competencies:-

1.       Must be a Graduate (In any Stream)

2.       Good communication skills (English and Local Language)

3.       Experience Required - Minimum 2–4 Years in Team Handling (Field sales operation)

4.       Candidate must have a bike with DL

5.       Age criteria:18 -35

6.       Salary: 2.8-4.5 LPA as per location.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

1.       Manpower Acquisition ( BDL has to create a team of its own) 8 to 10 members in a team.

2.       Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team at an assigned location.

3.       Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team.

4.       Maintaining a proven track record of daily, weekly, and monthly

5.       Responsible for the achievement of targets and the acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily/monthly targets.

6.       Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.

7.       Responsible for evaluating the sales team's performances, assigning tasks, and providing support to team members.

8.       Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members.
