•Job Title - Integration Engineer •Qualification - Any Engineering Background •CTC - 10.00-15.00LPA •Experience- 3-6 years •Profile - Engineering *No. of Vacancy-9 •Location - Bangalore •Skills Required- °Customer Service°Java°Problem solving°RESTFul API'S °SQL °Technical Support More good to have skills- Fintech ,PHP ,Python •Must have Active Internet Connection Roles and Responsibilities- • Understanding merchant's business use case • Describing Cashfree products to merchants (Pre-sales /Post Sales calls for inbound merchant) • Product demo/demos walkthrough • Maintaining excellent experience for Cashfree merchants • Handling merchant tech queries • Handling /Debugging merchant Integration issues. (All Cashfree products including Mobile plugins , APIs) • Hands on experience with atleast one programming language . Database queries . • Should be able to intergrate Cashfree product using API's , product SDK's , Mobile SDKs , Plugins (Shopify, Magento, WordPress , etc) • Handling merchant's tech queries on live chat /call. • Owning the support documentation initiative . • Conducting in- depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross-functional teams for further support .
