· Awareness about the count of corporate admissions, health check-ups and revenue
· Promoting health talks, awareness sessions in the corporate offices.
· Expanding business to nearby territories.
· Ensuring the monthly target of association with Govt. PSU and corporate are achieved.
· Encouraging and generating business through Corporate Health check-ups
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Strong sales tactics.
· Immediate industry tactics which include HCP, Hospital, Digital marketing / Lab / Govt authorities/ NGO / Pharma sector
· Well versed with digital healthcare tool and Health care industry
· Basic and advanced understanding of Accounting and Finance.
· Build the sales and marketing team
· Establish Annual Marketing Plans and Strategy for Key Product
· Oversee effective implementation of all marketing plans
· Establish Annual Sales Plan for Key Products.
· Plan and Execute sales plan for year with Zonal Sales Managers
· Ensure team involvement in all Organization plans
· Provide timely inputs to Senior Management with regards to stat implementation
· Ensure to collect key insights for all customers and stakeholders for process realignment
