JD-Quality Auditor Team lead Quality Auditor Role: Vaco Binary Semantics is looking for a Quality Auditor Team Lead to handle a team of auditors for listings done by the field team and provide support in the best possible manner. Candidates will be required to work in a time bound environment and ensure that service is provided to its best quality. Also, Candidates will be responsible for meeting personal and team targets without compromising the quality of audits. Responsibilities: 1. Leading a team of QA and looking after their performance and management. 2. To conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling. 3. To ensure timely closure of feedback 4. To create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients (daily, weekly, monthly) 5. To identify process gaps, work with respective teams to fix gaps 6. Conduct Refresher sessions for Auditors to improve Quality. 7. Lead error calibration sessions with internal or external stakeholders 8. To drive process improvement initiatives. 9. To conduct Quality related trainings, when needed Eligibility Requirement: 1. Min 2yrs experience in Team Lead Role (Quality) 2. Should be well versed with G-Suite (Sheets/Doc/Slides/Forms etc) 3. Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) 4.
