Analyzing customer requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs. - Converting telephone inquiries into admissions. - To achieve business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines. - Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients - Adhering to processes and quality standards
