Job Description

1.    Must have good knowledge of market and different products which can be manufactured by any fabricator company.

2.    Must be in position to fetch order of 2 Cr’s on monthly basis.

3.    Must have good connect at individual level with at least 100 prospective companies.

4.    Expected to add 3-4 new business prospects on quarterly basis.

5.    Expected to prepare a company presentation and adapt changes as per the customer expectations.

6.    To make presentation to different clients on regular basis to achieve orders.

7.    Must be in position to conduct self-review on monthly basis to monitor the progress and explore business from new Geography

8.    Must be able to prepare and study design of each products and must be have good knowledge of conducting feasibility test.

9.    To propose the cost of the approved design and negotiate the final rate with customer ensuring profitability not less than 25%.

10. Must be in position to co-ordinate the changes with clients and get approval within 24 hrs.

11. To finalize order delivery date in consultation with production head and communicate the same to customer for his concurrence.

12. To initiate the process of making PO and share details with all concerns.

13. To check the product at each stage during production process to ensure that there are no surprises at the end and right output is being achieved.

14. To follow-up payments and ensure timely receipt as per the agreement.

15. To address all queries of Clients, post-delivery of product and take feedback from clients after delivering order.

16. Must be in position to fetch repeat order from 50% of existing customers.

17. Must receive at least 4 orders per month from old customers

18. To fetch sales order of at least 30 lac  from existing customers.

19. Must send greetings to each prospective customers on all important occasions, like birthday, anniversary, or any other occasion which matters to the decision takers in that company.

20. To make one physical visit with all old customers on quarterly basis

21. To stay in touch with old customers by using social media, e mail or by means of other digital marketing initiatives.

22. Must maitain a pipeline of hot customers having business potential of Two Cr at all time

23. To carry out study on competitor movement in the market and submit for monthly review.

24. To ensure that product leaflets and broachers are available at all the time with every potential customer.

25. To prepare marketing budget for his own area and roll out marketing initiatives.
