1. To prepare a list of prospective customers who are using products manufactured by fabricators like us. 2. To ensure that each prospect is being contacted on quarterly basis by sales team members. 3. To assign 20 prospects/corporates to each sales team member and take the update on weekly basis ensuring that there are no skips. 4. To ensure that each sales team member is making a call to 4-6 prospects on daily basis. 5. To ensure that each sales team member is visiting minimum 2-3 prospects on daily basis. 6. To maintain database of prospects, who had been approached by any one of the sales team members and monitor the progress until order is being received from them or they have been declared null and void. 7. To ensure that each sales team member submit his weekly plan on last day of the week for the next week. 8. To monitor the performance of sales team members on daily/weekly basis and submit a tracker of his weekly performance to concern team member and to MD on weekly basis. 9. To ensure that all non-compliance or difficulties are reported to MD in writing on daily basis. 10. To escalate the matter to the top management on the same day if the sales team member is deviating from the required set norms. 11. To make 8-10 calls to prospective clients on daily basis and ensure that she fixes 3-4 meetings for sales team members on weekly basis. 12. To categorise all prospects into HOT, WARM & COLD category as per their business needs. HOT means they are likely to place an order on us within one or two months, warm means they have shown interest in our products for their future needs and cols means yet to be contacted prospects or new prospects or whose need is far away. 13. To review the status of hot clients available in database and assign at least 4-6 prospects to each sales team member to fix daily/ weekly meeting. 14. To update database on daily basis. 15. To attend the customers visiting our office for any purchase/enquiry and collect the relevant information based on their future needs. 16. To send SMS to each hot prospective on weekly basis. 17. To ensure that company achieve 50% conversion from the hot prospects. 18. To assign each hot prospects to one of the team members to ensure zero business loss. 19. To extend full support in monitoring the KRA & KPI’s of sales team members and present status report to MD. 20. To collate the feedback from the market and communicate the action taken by the company against each suggestion/complaint received at our end. 21. To monitor local travel expenses of sales team members on regular basis and carry out cost benefit analysis with reference to order received. 22. To monitor the performance of sales team members on regular basis and submit a written report on weekly basis. 23. To schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, Conferences and Presentations for MD 24. To prepare weekly MIS reports for MD 25. To check e-mails & reply to customer quires through phones and E-mails on behalf of MD. 26. To prepare minutes of meeting if asked to do so by MD. 27. To prepare quotation and send quotation on behalf of company to all prospects and follow up on regular basis. 28. To prepare PI for customers who have given order to RPLT and communicate with customer till it is being delivered. 29. To follow up payment on behalf of company with all customers 30. To ensure that each potential customers are given a brief about products and services offered by company. 31. To check the status of all orders received by sales team members until it is being delivered. 32. To organize the dispatch of orders to the customers and ensure timely delivery. 33. To set priority of order and its delivery as per the customers need. 34. To maintain office decorum and discipline and ensure that each team is member is fully motivated.
