Job Description

1. Must be in position to conceptualize new products from related technical stream or industry 2. Must be able to prepare drawing of visualized products. 3. Must have good knowledge of raw material used for manufacturing sheet metal & steel products. 4. Musk know how to prepare BOQ and BOM for newly designed product. 5. Must be equipped with knowledge of conducting feasibility test. 6. Must know how to carry out time and motion study and calculate cost for new product. 7. Must know how to write instructions for production team member before taking product for mass production. 8. Must know how to develop prototype within limited time and using new technology. 9. Must have good knowledge and experience in modifying existing products. 10. Must have good knowledge of vendors and their capability 11. Must know how to monitor vendor development activities 12. Must have hands on experience in conducting root cause analysis for each type of error reported from production floor 13.
