1.    Must be capable of dispatching all products as per the specifications given by the customer.

2.    Must know how to check and verfy quality parameter before dispatching products.

3.    Must know how to set up quality checking process during WIP

4.    Must know how to maintain inventory of  packing material in sufficient quantity and of right quality.

5.    To ensure that all products are being dispatched at correct address and within agreed time line.

6.    Must know how to decide right size of transport.

7.    Must know how to prepare packing instructions for each product

8.    Good knowledge of installation is must

9.    Must know how to protect from rain and dust without any extra cost  and damage to product during the transit.

10. To maintain the database to track of consumption of packing material for future reference. 

11. Must have good knowledge of  insurance in order to protect loss during transit.

12. Must be able to ensure that all material has reached at right address and within specified time limits.

13. Must know how to track the movement of material while in transit.

14. Must know how to maintain a track of un-delivered material

15. Must know how to take  feedback from customer and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
